I weight my heaviest ever last October…I tipped the scale at over 165 (I’m 5’3″). A mixture of extreme stress and injuries lead to me “letting myself go” and gaining more than 25 pounds. I left Virginia in December of 2009 weighting about 153…by May of 2010 I was down to 141. In the summer of 2010 is when the weight gain started that lead me to be over 165 by October of 2011.
The first picture on the left I weight 165, the middle picture I weight about 143 and the one to the right is me at 133. They’re not exactly the best of pictures…will work on that in the next year as I post more before and after pics.
I’m going to hold off posting my “baseline” pictures for now…I’ll post them in 8 weeks next to whatever I look like at that point. To be honest, I look worst than I thought but it’s all good!!
Taking the baseline pictures definitely made me realize just how lean, muscular and toned I need to be to become a serious Women’s Physique Competitor. I’m not fat right now by any stretch of the imagination…but I am carrying A LOT of fat compared to what I need to be. I have a lot of hard work ahead of me which doesn’t bother me one bit. It’s going to be exciting to see the transformation!!
